BC Association of Retired Telecommunication Workers
CONSTITUTION
1. The name of the Society is BC Association of Retired Telecommunication Workers.
2. The purposes of the Society are:
(a) To promote the interests and well-being of former/retired
members of the Telecommunication Workers Union who are in
receipt of a pension from the Telecommunication Workers Pension
Plan.
(b) To preserve and promote the history of the Telecommunication Workers Union.
3. This society is a member-funded society. lt is funded primarily by its members to carry on activities for the benefit of its members. On its liquidation or dissolution, this society may distribute its money and other property to its members.
ITEM #3 was MSC and added to the Constitution at the June 27,2017 AGM.
